BB LEDlightpipe for Industry
The BB LEDlightpipe is a high efficient and low maintenance LED fixture suitable for industrial environments. All BB LEDlightpipe fixtures have high quality features including glare free lighting, extreme long lifetime, low maintenance and vandal resistance. The BB LEDlightpipe uses high performance Nichia LED’s in combination with a very good heat regulation to produce energy efficient lighting.
Traditional lighting in production halls require a lot of maintenance because of high lighting requirements and pollution. The fixtures are often mounted high off the ground and therefore relamping and fixture replacement is a time consuming and expensive job. The best alternative in these environments is the BB LEDlightpipe EVO with its high water resistance and closed housing (IP66). The extreme long lifetime of min. 200.000 hours (L90F50) requires a lamp replacement every 22 years, in a worst case scenario.
Every fixture can be individually dimmed by DALI. This is especially useful in storage facilities, were there is a low occupation rate. The efficient LED’s in combination with a smart dimming protocol can save up to 70% of energy cost and CO2 emissions.
The BB LEDlightpipe is very suitable for application in cold environments such as cooling cells. The LED light source will perform even better when temperatures are extremely low in contrast to high fluorescent fixtures lose a lot of efficiency. The LED driver can resist a ambient temperature of -40 degrees.
The BB LEDlightpipe EVO is a modular lighting system for making light lines and is specially developed to reduce the use of cables and cable trunks. Mounting the BB LEDlightpipe EVO is simple and fast due to specially designed mounting brackets and trough-wiring with Plug & Play connectors.
The BB LEDlightpipe also has a product range that is specially focused on the renovation market. Excising High Fluorescent fixtures can easily be replaced by the BB LEDlightpipe ECO. Mounting is easy and fast because existing mounting points can be reused. The BB LEDlightpipe ECO has all the same qualities as the EVO such as the glare free light and extreme long lifetime. The BB LEDlightpipe ECO can be dimmed using a motion sensor in every fixture individually or by DALI.
